一 概述
1.SL-120型弹性扳道器（简称：扳道器）是一种手动转换道岔的设备。
2.它以弹簧的张力来实现道岔转换到定反位，并将其保持在定反位的功能。
3.适用于容易发生“挤岔故障”情况下的道岔，一旦挤岔不会损坏设备。
4.它将可以锁闭轴内穿入底座上的锁闭孔内并加上锁头，使道岔锁定在定反位状态，以利于行车过岔安全。
二 产品特点
1.手柄长度可伸缩编织套管290MM，当道岔转换阻力不大时，可缩短手柄长度，反之，延长手柄长度。
2.为减小手柄扳动行程，其手柄把能够旋转180度，便于人力操作。
3上述伸缩编织套管与旋转均由手柄套管上两个弹簧销的提起，调整后再落入来实现。
4.为克服扳动阻力，手柄头内设计为球心滑块结构，其结构扳动灵活。
5.直角拐旋转中心主轴上，装有滚动轴承，提高了产品的使用寿命和精度。
6.凡旋转轴孔之间，均装有具有自润滑性能材料的衬套。
7.拉杆与道岔之间的连接，采用了微调器，安装后在使用过程中，使其不用拆除连接销，即可对道岔开口及密贴状况进行调整。
三 技术参数
1.适用道岔开口≤120㎜
2.适用道岔转换阻力≤1960N（200KG）
3.拉杆最大直线位移量209㎜
4.安装处两枕木中心距650㎜，拉杆与岔尖处枕木两中心线距离为350㎜
5.安装在铁路复线线路中间时，可调整手柄距两边线路中心线应≥2250㎜
四 结构原理与安装调试（参见安装示意图）
1.安装前检查轨距，道岔铺设参数，枕木放置间距是否符合相关技术标准。
2.安装前用撬棍分别拨动两根尖轨，让其达密贴基本轨位，检查岔尖和刨切段是否密贴，岔尖以无间隙最佳，刨切段间隙不应大于1㎜。
3.将角钢结构的安装装置，一端用22㎜×145㎜木螺纹道钉拧固在道岔牵引点两边的木枕端头上，另一端需要在线路外铺设一木枕，同样拧固在木枕上。
4.将拉杆的一端与直角拐，另一端的微调器与道岔联结杆件连接在一起。
5.当扳道器已固定并与道岔连接完整后，先将手柄扳至垂直于中心位置，即直角拐也处在了中线位置；开始调整整拉杆上的微调器，让道岔两根尖轨分别与直，曲基本轨开口尺寸相等。开口尺寸应为道岔开口的二分之一，即60㎜。
6.在完成以上调整基础上，先将手柄扳至一端，检查尖轨与基本轨是否密贴，如有间隙，先用微调器加以调整，若仍有间隙，在调整压缩弹簧的螺母，增加弹簧张力，直至密贴。然后将手柄扳至另一端，用以上相同方法进行调整，达到另一侧也密贴。
7.在以下两种情况下，可缩短手柄长度。
（1）当道岔转换阻力不大时，人力可以扳动
（2）当道岔处在定，反位时，为减小手柄竖直高度
无论手柄伸或缩其长度，操作方法是，先后提起手柄套管上的两个弹簧销并旋转90度，让套管与手柄杆脱离连接作用，即可进行长短调整。然后再旋转90度，使弹簧销插入手柄杆的孔中，恢复连接作用。
8.为减小手柄扳道时的行程，便于人力操作，手柄把为弯形。因此从一端扳至另一端后，按伸缩编织套管手柄长度操作方法，需将其旋转180度，为下次扳动提供便利。
9.该扳道器的结构原理是：通过直角拐能够旋转一定角度，使直角拐的一臂可用手柄拨动，另一臂组合上具有一定张力的弹簧。在弹簧张力作用下，根据直角拐不会停滞在中间位的原理，在具有弹簧张力的一臂上挂上拉杆，形成直角拐在旋转角度的两端均具有一定的牵引力，提供给道岔转换动力。
五 维护与保养
1.使用中应保证各部紧固件齐全，螺栓紧固，开口销臂开规定角度以防脱落。
2.各连接销于孔的磨损旷量应不大于1㎜，旷量过大时应及时更换连接销。
3.应保证道岔转换过程中，各部动作平稳，旋转灵活，无卡阻现象。
4.各销轴与孔间，手柄头与滑块面间应定期涂油，保持润滑良好。
